Important Information
This free e-newsletter is borne out of a
passion for proper health education to be made freely available to
everyone (and don’t worry, your email address will never be given to
anyone else – it remains confidential). I am 100% dedicated to finding
and reporting the truth on topics that matter and I am also
100% independent, which means I take no
money from companies or products I may write about, and I cannot be
bought off by suppliers. It is also not my intention to sell you
anything in this newsletter and I promote what I believe to be the
absolute truth at all times. Sometimes people heavily promote a
particular brand of water filter, cleaning agent, health product or
equipment for monetary gain, free advertising or some exposure as a
result of their “endorsement”. I have never done this, nor will I ever
do so. It is my absolute joy and pleasure to provide scientific
information in this newsletter – for free! Hope you enjoy it!
DISCLAIMER: The information contained in this Newsletter was prepared
from medical and scientific sources which are referenced and are
believed to be accurate and reliable. The information herein should not
be used to treat or to prevent any medical condition unless it is used
with the full knowledge, compliance and agreement of your personal
physician or other licensed health care professional. Readers are
strongly advised to seek the advice of their personal health care
professional before proceeding with any changes in any health care
programme. All information supplied is for educational purposes only,

GENERAL HEALTH NEWSLETTER: MARCH 2008
Items that made the news this month include the
shocking release of the dangerous, vaccine -
Gardasil - for young girls, which is the most
expensive vaccine ever produced, completely
unnecessary and has left several young girls dead or
disabled. See my subscriber newsletter for an
in-depth article on this vaccine. Prepare to be
utterly outraged!
Other news this month shows fructose is a leading
cause of gout; statin drugs may raise cancer risk
and we now have a case of “dirty water” in the
country! Best reason I’ve ever heard of to buy a
distiller quickly before there are none left –
there’s been a rush on them as a result of some very
serious water problems in our country, and I doubt
things will improve. If you wish to get one, please
contact me for the best model.
My specialist health store – Creeds – is one year
old this month! We’re excited to have some dynamic
new staff members, and many new changes lined up. On
the 14th please pop in and enjoy celebrating with
us!
NEW Ester C launched!
I’m thrilled to say my new MCC Registered Ester C is
now available! Retailing for R189 for 90 x 1000mg –
it’s a real bargain. You can get this from Creeds in
Steenberg Village, or our Nutrition Centre in
Constantia.
How to cure a headache –
naturally!
When you feel it coming on, drink a medium sized
glass of water every 5-10 minutes for 1 hour or
until the headache is gone. If you are on your own,
you could simply apply mustard (just the sort you
mix with water) to the space just under your nose
and apply an ice pack to your head. This takes 3-10
minutes to resolve a headache. No pills required! If
you are at work and the water drinking bit is not
all that practical, take 1-3 milk thistle capsules
and follow the water drinking routine as best you
can. If you can, do all three!

Fitness For Free:
Some people buy expensive athletic footwear and join
pricey exercise clubs – it may not be necessary
after all if you know how to get all the benefits of
exercise on a shoestring!
1. Adopt a dog. Even if you don't like to
exercise, dogs do. Here's an excuse to walk, jog, or
run: blame the dog. A dog HAS to go out several
times daily; they’re good company and they don't
talk.
2. Drive a bakkie instead of a car. All your
friends will want you to help them move. Guaranteed
weight-lifting opportunities await you!
3. Always choose a house on top of a hill.
Or, choose a top floor apartment. It is quieter
anyway, and you have daily exercise on the stairs
(don’t even think of using the lift).
4. Start a garden. Turn over the soil by hand
(using a shovel) and you will get real exercise.
Then the planting, weeding, watering and picking
activities will also provide you with exercise.
What is in Second Hand
Cigarette Smoke?
Have you ever wondered? Well, it contains the
following: Hydroquinone, Methacrolein, Methyl
Alcohol, Methylamine, Nickle Compounds, Pyridine,
Carbon Dioxide, Crotononitrile, Dimethylamine,
Endrin, Ethylamine, Furfural, Cadmium, Carbon
Monoxide, Methyl Nitrite, Ammonia, Formaldehyde,
Hydrogen Sulfide, Benzo (A) Pyrene, Nicotine, Ddt,
Ethane, Acetylene, Methanol, Nitrogen Dioxide,
Acetone, Methyl Chloride, Phenol, Cresol, Methane,
Isoprene, Propane, Acrolein, Acetaldehyde, Ethylene,
Methyl Ethyl Keyrone, "Tar," Hydrogen Cyanide,
Metals, Hydrocyanic Acid, Nitric Oxide, Acetonitrile,
Acrylonitrile, Benzene, And 2,3, Butylamine (among
others). Remember, the involuntary smoker does not
even have the dubious benefit of a filter tip – you
simply breathe it all straight in!
Health Café
It’s all about honey this month – this is a
delicious salad dressing I often make – hope you
enjoy it. I am using here the new luxury vinegar
that puts Balsamic in the shade!
Sally-Ann’s Organic Raw
Honey French Dressing
2/3 cup Creeds Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup Sauvignon Blanc Vinegar (my new taste passion
from Creeds)
¼ cup Creeds Organic Raw Honey
1/8 teaspoon Organic Ground Black Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Dry Mustard
¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt (also a new passion
due to the gorgeous taste!)Mix this all together and
splash over a crunchy salad with every wonderful
thing in it you can find!
Make It Yourself: Hair
Shine This recipe is for those who wish
to use shampoo in addition to honey but shampoo is
not necessary. Honey cleans in addition to aiding
the health of the hair and scalp.
4 cups of Water, 1 teaspoon Creeds Organic Raw
Honey and ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
Mix water, honey, and lemon juice.
• After shampooing, pour mixture through hair.
• Do not rinse out, but dry as normal
Fun Therapy
These are actual subtitles used in films made in
Hong Kong:
1. I got knife scars more than the number of your
leg's hair!
2. Beware! Your bones are going to be disconnected.
3. The bullets inside are very hot. Why do I feel so
cold?
4. How can you use my intestines as a gift?
Food Allergy Testing
We’re so lucky to have some state-of-the-art food
intolerance/allergy IgG testing in the country now –
if you suspect you may be intolerant to certain
foods which are causing you to gain weight, feel
tired, or compromise your health, please contact me
on
sally@sallyanncreed.co.za
so I can point you in the right direction.
I’ve seen amazing results with these tests!

still in control... when we are tired or weary or
worried...God is the strength of our hearts and what
we can count on forever...take heart...God is the
