GENERAL NEWSLETTER – NOV 2007

We celebrated our rugby players’ victory in October – winning the Rugby World Cup was just great.  (Well, now I have the men’s attention anyway!)  Something many men suffer from is kidney stones and they’re very painful - so I have an interesting article which continues on the website – I hope it’s helpful if this is your problem.  The Damon Scott video clip is one of the best I’ve ever seen – treat yourself, it’s fabulous stuff!  And lastly, please educate and inform yourself regarding this osteoporosis drug by clicking on Jawbone Death – this is important information you absolutely MUST know if you are taking Fosomax or are thinking of doing so.

Dealing with Kidney Stones

Kidney stones can form anywhere in the entire urinary tract (kidney, bladder, the ducts in-between, or the ureters), and primarily occur because of calcium (oxalate) and/or phosphate that has come out of solution. If left untreated, the stones can block these areas of the urinary tract, causing pain, bleeding, and other problems.

Symptoms of kidney stones include sudden and excruciating back pain that may come and go and that often radiates from the back across the abdomen and into the genital area or inner thighs. This pain can be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, abdominal bloating, blood in the urine, pain on urination, and chills and fever. Stones in the urinary tract can be one of the most painful conditions, similar to the pain of childbirth.  In some cases, there may be no symptoms, depending on where the stone is located and its size, and also tend to be recurring, typically reforming within seven years.  (See my site for the rest of this article)

It is better to keep your mouth shut and be thought stupid, than to open it and remove all doubt – Mark Reuter

Make it Yourself: Kiddies Bubble Mixture
With Christmas round the corner, make some old-fashioned bubble mix for the kids to play with – it keeps them happy for hours, and the adults quite enjoy it too…

You’ll need: 1/3 cup Dish-washing liquid, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 cup water and some pipe cleaners.  To make it: mix the first three ingredients in a plastic dish (one with a cover to save for later). Form pipe cleaners into different shapes and attach to unsharpened pencil for a bubble wand.

Fun Therapy
Utterly amazing

Important Information
This free e-newsletter is borne out of a passion for proper health education to be made freely available to everyone (and don’t worry, your email address will never be given to anyone else – it remains confidential). I am 100% dedicated to finding and reporting the truth on topics that matter and I am also 100% independent, which means I take no money from companies or products I may write about, and I cannot be bought off by suppliers. It is also not my intention to sell you anything in this newsletter and I promote what I believe to be the absolute truth at all times. Sometimes people heavily promote a particular brand of water filter, cleaning agent, health product or equipment for monetary gain, free advertising or some exposure as a result of their “endorsement”. I have never done this, nor will I ever do so. It is my absolute joy and pleasure to provide scientific information in this newsletter – for free! Hope you enjoy it!
