Important Information
This free e-newsletter is borne out of a
passion for proper health education to be made freely available to
everyone (and don’t worry, your email address will never be given to
anyone else – it remains confidential). I am 100% dedicated to finding
and reporting the truth on topics that matter and I am also
100% independent, which means I take no
money from companies or products I may write about, and I cannot be
bought off by suppliers. It is also not my intention to sell you
anything in this newsletter and I promote what I believe to be the
absolute truth at all times. Sometimes people heavily promote a
particular brand of water filter, cleaning agent, health product or
equipment for monetary gain, free advertising or some exposure as a
result of their “endorsement”. I have never done this, nor will I ever
do so. It is my absolute joy and pleasure to provide scientific
information in this newsletter – for free! Hope you enjoy it!
DISCLAIMER: The information contained in this Newsletter was prepared

programme. All information supplied is for educational purposes only,

Cancer charity suggests
parents leave processed meat out of
children's lunches
In August 2009, The World Cancer
Research Fund (WCRF) - an international
cancer charity - has advised parents to
avoid giving children ham or other
processed meats as part of their
packed lunches as it could increase
their risk of cancer in later life.
Research has shown a clear link between
eating processed meat and an increased
risk of bowel cancer. The charity said
that around 3,700 bowel cancer cases
could be prevented if everyone ate less
than 70g of processed meat - such as
three rashers of bacon - each week.
Read more on this subject in “Let
Food Be Your Medicine” where I cover
‘fake’ meats extensively, and what they
are actually made from – like
eyes, lungs, anal glands, oesophagii,
feathers etc! |

Make Your
Own:
Ghee
Ghee is
purified, healthy butter. During
ghee-making a harmful protein called
casein is removed. Some people are
intolerant of casein, so this would be a
very healthy butter for them.
Conjugated linoleic acid which has
anti-cancer properties is also present
in ghee.
To make
ghee, slowly heat butter until butter
solids come to the top then filter
through a cloth. This liquid can be
stored at room temperature. Sunflower
oil, safflower oil and other vegetable
oils get oxidized and damage the liver
and heart, but clarified butter doesn’t
do this. |

Recipe:
Quick, Tasty Coconut “Spuds”
Gluten-free, dairy
free, yeast free, sugar-free - guilt-free!Coconut
Oil has been shown to be slimming due to the medium
chain triglyceride content whether hot or cold. But to
be slimming & safe, it MUST be organic |
What you’ll need
per person:
 |
1 large potato (preferably organic) |
 |
1 clove garlic (preferably organic) |
 |
1 dessert spoon of Creeds organic extra
virgin coconut oil |
What you do
next:
Preheat oven to 200oC. Melt the
coconut oil in the oven in a large baking dish.
Peel and thickly slice the potatoes and the
garlic and place them in the dish, making sure
they are well covered with the melted coconut
oil. Sprinkle to taste with organic sea salt or
Himalayan Salt. Check them after 20 minutes and
turn. Cook for a further 20 minutes, or until
crunchy (and very yummy!). Serve with protein,
a crunch salad – and absolutely anything else!
My advice if you insist on slimming: eat as much
as you like-just don't swallow it

Spiritual Health:
1 Corinthians 13: 4-7 says:
Love is patient, love is kind. It does
not envy, it does not boast, it is not
proud. It is not rude, it is not
self-seeking, it is not easily angered,
it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does
not delight in evil but rejoices with
the truth. It always protects, always
trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. |
Success is the ability to go from one failure to
another with no loss of enthusiasm
